A new tomorrow!
This Mormor is making some changes. Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life. A life where I intend to get to the point where I look like I think I should, and feel like I think I should. I've gotten so far out of my comfort zone that I am struggling with 'me' and I'm not comfortable with that. Everything I've been doing, I do to excess. Eat, drink, work, and avoidance of taking care of myself. Well that is going to change. I intend to improve my body, my mind, my health, my outlook, and my attitude! Stay tuned. Things they are a changing!
